Staff don't know how to talk to customer properly I went in there yesterday and one of the staff had full out attitude towards me.

👎👎👎👎 The guys that work around the store do a very good job, but there is a short white girl behind the counter who spoke to me with a very bad attitude. She has to learn to deal with customers , if she doesn't like her job, she should quit..... Learn how to talk to customers u not in the hood.

How do I contact management? Service is bad but can improve. Would like to speak to the manager of the store. I would like to give 5 stars and know it's possible for this branch.

My go to in trainers is Chucks. I believe in my lifetime I've purchased most of the colours and styles. Chucks and Pearls Yes Ms. Harris! So wanting to try a completely different brand can be daunting for me. Steps in Ms. Brianna at SNIPES with a chirpy "may I help you?" And the rest is herstory. Bri assisted me so well. I asked a million questions, asked her opinion several times after I thought I'd settled on D ONE. She had to check the storeroom clerk one thousand times for my *size all's and start over hoof* all while seeing to other customers and not once did she seem tired or annoyed with us. She's one of those people that "bloom where they're planted" and Bri blooms so well. She even got me a discount of more than half off the price I thought I was paying! You know the discount Goddess in me was celebrating and doing and inside DRIFT dance right! I'll be recommending this branch and Bri to everyone that needs new kicks and will be back whenever I need more myself. Bri is DA BEST! 5 star general! The End.
