I got my e-bike here and they have been incredibly helpful and prompt every step of the way, from quick communication and placing orders for the exact model I wanted, to speedy assembly and follow-ups. Paul helped me try out different models, weigh some pros and cons, and facilitated a great sale. Ford is very knowledgeable and friendly; he clarified questions I had about the rebate program from the City of Austin and also helped me dial everything in, including setting up the security features, before I even left the shop! If you’re also a petite nervous bike rider, but want to ride bikes, go here!!! I am 5’1” and always wanted to understand the joy people have with riding bikes. Every bike I’ve ever tried is just too big. I wanted an e-bike bc it makes biking accessible for people with autoimmune conditions, like me! AJ was amazing. Totally understanding and empathetic to my qualms! BUT WE FOUND A BIKE FOR ME!!! I love my Aventon Abound! I reach the ground just as I wanted. It has all the features I wanted. AJ helped me with testing out different bikes, answering ALL my questions, showing me different options. Everyone is just overall very helpful and kind. These places can tend to be intimidating, but I loved my experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone who has no feet in the bike pool! THANK YALL SO MUCH!!! 💞💞💞👏👏

Great service! Happy with my bike! Definitely go check them out. They are part of the Austin Energy rebate program, you can get a really good deal on a bike. Ford was a great help and really went the extra mile for me.

My brother and I did an efoil lesson. The experience was amazing and so much fun. The headset communication in the helmets allowed Luke to teach us how to ride these boards in real time on the water. Luke was a great and kind teacher. I felt safe the whole time. This was the perfect combination of adrenaline sport and low risk for injury, which is very important given my ease of getting injured. I highly recommend getting an efoil lesson!!! I’m already feeling the itch to go back to Luke to buy a board someday.

My wife and I purchased 2 Aventon e-bikes plus accessories from Electric Surf Co. We took a long time deciding on the specific bikes, including test riding many different brands/models. The staff was always very patient, helpful, informative and in no way ever made us feel pressured to buy anything. We couldn’t be happier with our bikes or with our experience at Electric Surf Co.

I had a fantastic experience today getting my electric scooter serviced. My back tire needed to be replaced, and the employee who helped me (Rourke) took care of everything. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me get back on the road the same day. Even though the store was shorthanded, Rourke went out of his way to make sure the work was completed because I don’t live in the area and would have had to return weeks later to pick it up. He quoted me a fair and accurate price upfront, and delivered exactly as promised. This level of service and dedication really stood out. I’ll be coming back here for all of my EV needs in the future—highly recommend this great local business!

I had an amazing experience with the customer service at electric surf! I bought my Aventon Abound e-bike a couple of months ago for me and my toddler, and I couldn’t be happier. Ford was absolutely fantastic—super welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike and installing my add-on. Highly recommend this shop.
