I recently found myself in a very unique and unexpected situation where I had to return a rental from Mobility & More before I even had the chance to use it. Despite the unusual circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Every team member I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, professional, and understanding. They handled everything with such compassion and efficiency that it completely took the stress out of an otherwise disappointing situation. It's rare to find a company that treats people with this level of care and respect, especially when things don’t go as planned. While I’m not sure how many future needs I may have in this area, I can say with absolute confidence that Mobility & More has earned all of my future business. It’s clear they truly care about their customers, and that makes all the difference.

Our mother fell because the brakes on her walker did not work properly. We needed a new walker immediately and were able get get exactly what she wanted within 30minutes. The new walker was adjusted to the measurements of her old one and she got the color she wanted. All information was explained and she is 100% satisfied. Thank you

Mobility and More installed my stair lift 13 years ago and it is still working great now. Adam replaced the charger today due to normal usage. He was very professional and efficient. He was also very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Mobility and More to anyone that has a need for their services. They are a family owned and operated business which appeals to me. I had experience with the excellent customer service provided to my Dad’s stair glide in Colorado. When I kept striking out trying to get information about an electric bed issue in the Texas Panhandle I called Tom Black with Mobility and More to see what information he could share. He was superb. He was able to get past the brick walls I kept running into. He exemplified the phrase “above and beyond “. I wish we could clone him and bring him to Texas.

I was more than pleased with the service that Mobility & More provided. They verified the issue with my chair, arrived on time and sent a representative that was extremely knowledgeable with my particular chair. He repaired my chair and notified the manufacturer that I was the new owner and obtained the necessary information needed regarding the chair itself. He also shared information that was helpful as to the things I should do to keep it in good working order. I would never hesitate to use them again.

Pros: Great customer service from experienced and informed people. Many options, and products available on site. Cons: None I called Mobility & More, and asked about options for a wheelchair or transport chair for my wife. We talked it over on the phone and I met with them 20 minutes later. Gayle showed all of the options available, talked about the advantages and drawbacks of each choice, and adjusted different chairs to fit and try. In the end, we got what I think was the best equipment for our situation and application. Gayle explained and demonstrated each feature, and encouraged trying out different chairs. In the end, we were able to make an informed choice that was the best fit for us. Mobility & More is the best!

My disabled husband and I were vacationing in CO. His motorized chair had a problem and we were stuck in our hotel room until we could get it fixed. I called other local companies who didn’t answer their phone, and I had to text to learn that they would not come same day to help. I called Mobility & More and Gayle answered on the first ring and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Adam came when he said he would, and fixed the chair. He was pleasant and cleaned up after himself. The rates were better than what I was quoted by companies who wouldn’t give us the same attention. Put this company on the top of your list.

Tab and his team worked so diligently for me. They were kind and.made sure my scooter was repaired expertly and expeditiously! This is a stellar organization and I recommend them highly.
