Highly recommend. We went in to learn more about e-bikes and the store owner was happy to take the time to explain the different kinds of motors, pros and cons, and encouraged us to take several bikes on test rides to really get a feel for them. There was a great selection of brands and levels. We appreciated the obvious knowledge of everyone at the store and the friendly service.

Had an excellent experience at this e-bike shop. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through how the bikes work, answering all of my questions (first time learning about ebikes!). I got to take a test ride on a new Aventure 3 Step-Through with all-terrain fat tires, and it was super easy to operate, like riding a bike. :) Shifting between eco, sport, and turbo modes was simple as was the gear shifter. If you're new to e-bikes or looking for expert maintenance, I highly recommend Spice E-Bikes; Amy and her team truly know their stuff.

The morning of my test ride, I was so nervous! While excited to enter the e-bike world, I was afraid there would be a complicated learning curve and I wouldn't be able to keep up with the group. SO NOT THE CASE at Spice E Bikes! Amy patiently found the right bike for me and her instructions couldn't have been more clear and understandable. Within minutes, I was out the door with the wind in my hair, rolling peacefully along the St. Vrain Greenway on a beautiful Colorado morning, keeping up with my more experienced cycling friends! Big thanks to Amy for such a great experience. Her expertise, patience and knowledge are the VERY best. It's easy to see why Spice E Bikes is the local go-to for all things e-bike! p.s. After being disappointed by the poor communication of one bike company in town Spice ebikes jumped in and saved me with a better bike for me and my pups. This is my bike joint now. Thank you everyone here. I love my bike. My puppy does too.

Amy and Alister are awesome! My grandson's E-bike rear tire was adjusted by Alister, and my grandson was so excited to get his bike back! Amy and Alister provide Longmont with a genuine care for customers, and their shop has a most comfortable feel to it. Their store is filled with most anything a bike rider could use. Firstly, I must say that I was highly impressed by their knowledge and Customer Care. The quality of eBikes is impressive and had me confident in the purchase I eventually made. The Aftercare from the Service Department is extremely exceptional, and so far I have not needed to use that service, as my Bike continues to be in excellent shape. They helped me choose well. Everyone that I have recommended them to is also highly satisfied with the quality of their Sales and Service. This Company has a great future in Longmont, and if you don’t live here trust me, they are worth the trip.
