An excellent experience from beginning to end. I was a little hesitant when I dropped by Erico's one Saturday, but instead of the pushy sales people, funny math, or service plan games that I was preparing myself for I got something completely different. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, respectful, and helpful. This started with the owner, who helped guide me towards some bikes with his knowledge and experience, then he answered some Colorado specific questions I had about the bike I was interested in. Justin took over and helped me with good advice on whether the bike would be a good fit for what I wanted, set up my test drive, and walked me through the whole purchase process with professionalism and courtesy. Teagan handled the finances and paperwork. Once again, demonstrating a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. All the fees were shown up front. All the discounts for buying a previous year bike were applied accurately. No funny numbers, no hidden costs. Even the service plan and extra warranty and other add-ons were explained and offered without high pressure sales tactics or annoying bundles where you can't get what you want without purchasing something you don't. Even the front desk team selling parts and accessories were friendly and helpful. Seriously. This was the best vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. Bar none. I have been using Erico since 2019. I have never had an unpleasant experience. Every single person I have interacted with has always been helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. If you need any service, a new scooter, a trade in or any advice this is the scooter place for you. You won’t regret using Erico for all your scooter needs.

Best shop I’ve ever dealt with. Sales is great, service is great, all around great. Bought a bike in APR of ‘24 from Sterling, great experience. May if ‘25 someone back into it while it was parked at my office, ended up getting totaled. Joe and Samantha were great throughout the whole insurance process with the liable party. Unfortunately I ended up buying an Aprilia as the replacement, which Erico doesn’t sell, but if they did I would have bought it from them. Highly recommend.

To me, this is a fantastic dealership with a good view of how to build client relationships. From my first online interest throughout the process leading to my purchase it was very friendly. Most important, a lot of effort went into making the experience honest, upfront on details, and stress-free. They take the time to introduce clients to a person from each department, ensuring you know exactly whom may be handling any future responsibilities concerning your purchase. And, if your looking at Triumphs, Ducatis or scooters, please make this a first stop! Even an occasional Harley, which I purchased mine at a very fair price. Huge shout out to that collection of enthusiasts, all waiting to put you in the seat of a bike that lights you up! Nuff said!

I am on a 2 month trip and worked with Samantha to get me on the schedule when I was passing thru. She provided me a quote in advance. The work was completed timely and the price was exactly as quoted. The folks in the dealership were all friendly and great to talk with. Love the old bikes on display.
