Purchased my bac8000 and had some remote tuning done with for my Surron. Amazing communication. Fast shipping and most important customer service was 100 percent from the minute I messaged them before I bought anything and even after the sale when I had questions or problems that I needed help sorting. These guys were here to help even when the problems had nothing to do with their product. Thank you guys again for all the help and support.

These folks are simply awesome. They provide great support for our little e-moto world and their products. But beyond that they simply help our community. I just got some help from Gene and Jacob on a controller issues, with a fast response and determination of the way forward. Nothing better than that.

I had an issue with my ebike. Called these guys and was super happy with the knowledge and availability of Jacob's time. He knew right away what my problem was and he walked me thru the diagnostic and the repair expertly. I did order parts from them and I felt their price is more than fair. It's rare to find someone this good at what they do. Company get 5 stars but really this review is about the rock star Jacob. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough good things about Motoclops. Customer service is the best I’ve come across in any industry in quite a while. They have taken all of the time I’ve needed to configure some new bikes and help me with very complicated problems on an older one. They have truly been there every step of the way. Super responsive and knowledgeable. Best case scenario in my opinion!

The team here has worked on my Surron a few times. They are exceptionally knowledgable and helpful, and even diagnosed some really difficult issues with my bike. Recently I had a complaint about some service work they had performed for me. I sent Motoclops an email, and the team at Motoclops went out of their way to make it right, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I was happy. If you need help with electric dirt bike maintenance, need replacement parts, or are looking for an upgrade, I would Motoclops wholeheartedly. It's even worth the drive from Denver. My only complaint is I struggle not to leave with a new bike every time I am there.
