Remedy Medical Equipment

Have used this distributor for my supplies many times in the years past with no issues. Word of the wise, pick your supplies up and do not have them mailed. Their office staff has no way to email or text tracking of your supplies. Apparently they are “Old School” from what the man on the phone said. So no one there has an email or text messaging capabilities. I’m an old hard of hearing fart that was just requesting the information sent to me. The gentleman did not provide his name either as I wanted to know who I was speaking with. And rather was blaming me for wanting to argue about their inability to utilize modern means of communication. To their defense they did want to give it to me over the phone , but I would not be able to clearly hear them I know this for a fact. So in the future if I continue to get my supplies here, I will just pick them up instead.

My CPAP machine is great! I sleep so much better and wake up feeling rested. Kirk was super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Awesome service!

I just visited this office which I’ve patron often. I’ve purchased three CPAP’s from this company and always had excellent service. A few months ago, I received double billing for CPAP supplies that I had already paid for which I was quite suspicious of, contacted remedy left a voicemail and they corrected their error. Today, I went in to pick up some supplies for my CPAP and was treated so poorly by a young man named Nick. He did not know how to use their merchant service equipment to charge a HSA/FSA debit credit card. I just paid with another card and wanted to get out of there because he was so unpleasant. Overall disappointed in the decline of this business. Do better.

The staff is excellent. Great communication from the point they received the order from the doctor, letting me know the status of insurance and the final approval. Once approved they set an appointment for the next day and I received my new equipment Everything was explained to me and I have to say Remedy is the best medical supply company I have dealt with in 30 years. Thank you all so much.

This place is great. I came in to pick up some CPAP supplies and somehow I managed to damage my power supply. I was really worried because I had an important day ahead of me and needed a good night's sleep. Even though it wasn't her area of expertise, Melanie took the time to figure out the problem and replace my power supply. Every time I go to Remedy Medical I have a great experience, but this time they went above and beyond. Thank you Remedy and thank you, Melanie!

My husband recently received his medical equipment with Remedy. They were great. We love the atmosphere of the office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue care with this office. It is always much nicer to deal with personally owned business.

I’ve been with Remedy since I got my Cpap in 2019. They have always had amazing service, I always get my cpap supplies on time. Anytime I have needed help with the machine the staff is always happy to help. I will always do business here.

First off, I would like to address my sincere "apologies" for my previous review comments. I rushed to judgement and I thought Elizabeth and I were not being treated "fairly" After she talked to Humana, Elizabeth found out differently and so did I. The Representative from Humana explained to her that "HealthNet Transportation can provide her a 'ride' to get her batteries replaced as long as there was an "Date, Appt. and Time" that she would be able to make the Appt and get there" We have never had an issue with Remedy in the past years from 2015. So for that, I strongly apologize. There will be a Representative calling form HealthNet Trans. to "verify and confirm" the Appt. Thank you Melanie, Nick and Kirk.
