I needed some snowboard bindings because my wife’s were falling apart. No business in Ventura carries these and we were leaving the next day. Luckily 5 points skate shop had the parts i needed. When i asked how much, the owner said they were “on the house!” Such an awesome store. My friend and I purchased some 5 points skate shop shirts which are iconic among the Ventura locals. This is such an honest business, great people and super helpful. I am happy to shop local and shop from good people!

I go in there just to talk to Tyler. I talked to him for abt two hours and he never seemed annoyed. super nice guy and loves talking abt skateboarding with me. He felt like a best friend that I haven’t seen in years. And he’s super kind to others as well

A local staple. Started going here in the early 2000s as a kid and still do when I’m in town. Nostalgic feel. Great to see younger generations coming in too.

I was looking to get a new complete after leaving my board in storage at school. I tried looking in my hometown, Oxnard, for some locally owned skate shops but they were all close down so I went over to Ventura to see if there were any good ones. I can honestly recommend this skate shop to anyone, especially beginners. I was helped out by Frank who knew all his stuff with regards to boarding and his connection definitely highlighted it. I went in looking for a classic board setup but left with a beautiful board. As we were selecting components Frank helped me choose between items with his experience and input--which are thoroughly appreciated. He was also to give me history about the board and the area while he set it up for me. If you're looking for a locally owned shop with experienced and friendly employees, this is definitely the spot.

I stumbled into this great, local, family-owned skate shop in search of new bearings for my longboard. Tyler, the owner's son, was helpful in picking out the right bearings and was able to replace them as well as my grip tape in just a few minutes, leaving me with what felt like a brand new board! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for new boards, parts, maintenance, and apparel.

Definitely recommend for shopping and skateboard selection!! The selection of shirts is so good and shoe variety was really great. Prices were better than the big stores plus you’re supporting a small business! My boyfriend bought a skateboard last month and whoever was at the counter hooked him up with everything he was wanting. He said the skateboard deck selection was great and the guy helping at counter was very knowledgeable.
