This is the local Target that I go to in my town and it always seems to be pretty nice. The staff is always pretty friendly and he helped me find what I'm looking for. Most people consider the target to be better quality people and products than the Walmart which is down the street. I've gotten a good service from both places and as long as I can get what I need and get out as fast as possible I find them both to be pleasant.

On May 20th at the electronics section of the Target store in Santee, I wanted to buy an instant camera. Since no one was there, I pressed the service bell and waited a long time. During that time, I even asked two employees who were stocking shelves if someone could assist me, but after waiting a full 30 to 40 minutes, no one ever came. The service was honestly terrible!

Always. Always needs additional cashiers working. I had only a few things, which included a container of alcohol, but I couldn’t go through the self check out, and there is no one in the express lane. The employees are very nice, but management does not have enough ways for people who want to get out this doesn’t help them to want to. I don’t buy alcohol, but it was on sale just get some more cashiers on the line UPDATE: Victoria came to our rescue and was able to check out a couple of us so we wouldn’t have to wait in these massive lines. Thank you Victoria! Please get more cashiers on the lines .

I like Target, but when I was greeting people in front of the store the other day, a loss prevention worker approached me, saying “We can’t have you greeting all these people in front of the store.” He then told me to move to the side of the store if I was going to greet customers. He then told me to leave the property, because I made someone else feel uncomfortable, and that was not my intent. I really want to shop here again…I didn’t mean to disturb anyone here. Please let me return here…thank you very much!

How does this store let Walmart pass them up in service? One full service register with 15 customers waiting. Naturally they open another when all my stuff is on the belt. Shout out to David F. at that register. He stayed cool and friendly with grouchy customers. A stupidly low self serve register limit - 10 items?- and one of four registers down. Customer service snapping back at the angry customers. The car delivery employees all over the place and pushing their carts like they probably drive their car. Stocking carts literally blocking aisles and the stockers too busy listening to their phones to care. I won't say I'll never come back, but there are options.
