Great service, showed up impromptu needing a core shot and some other work after hitting a tree. They got me in and out quickly even though they had a full schedule. Pricing was really good and even gave me an additional discount. Guys who helped me were really insightful. Impressive they’ve been around for 30 years, I can see why!

Absolutely great shop! I bought a board online for my wife for Christmas that they just happened to sell the same day. It was last year's model so there was no way to get another one. They called and quickly explained what happened and hooked me up with a deal on a 2019. My wife was so happy with the upgrade. Thanks Demosport, awesome service!

Hands down best place to buy ski gear in Marin County, if not the entire Bay Area. Steve and team are all top notch experts and care about every customer who walks through the door. Service is excellent. I’ve bought my used gear here my entire life and just picked up an excellent pair of new skis and bindings, as well as “like new” boots at a great price here too.

Brought my board in for a waxing. Very friendly staff. Got to the mountain and the board was sticking like crazy. had to buy a scraper and do it myself. Was on their really thick! Pictures don't lie... You would think doing a simple wax job on a board would be simple, but not for these guys. Won't be back....

Gear and staff were good, but pricing was unclear. I returned a rental a day early because an associate I talked to on the phone told me I’d receive a reimbursement for the early return. After I returned the gear early, another employee told me I wouldn’t receive any reimbursement. It felt pretty slimy and I should’ve skied another day (or rented somewhere else)!

Great little shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Went in for some scooter help. Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. They do get busy, but Steve stayed late, past closing time to install the new handle bars on our scooter. Everything was perfect! Also has tons of ski stuff, so think we'll come here for new skis, adjustments. Seems like a better, friendlier and closer option than other major big box chains.

The guys at Demo Sport were quite helpful. I came in with a very old water ski with binding issues. Unfortunately, it was too old to have any replacement parts for it in stock. But instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want, they gave me a bunch of advice on how to get older parts and exactly what type of parts to look for. They even said that if I sent them pictures, they would advise me further. They didn't make a dime and then apologized for not being able to help me more.
