Trenton Pea was the salesman who helped me out! He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable towards the bike that I wanted. I wish I did get it lowered that day or made some deal with him before signing off but overall amazing experience! Note: schedule right away for any adjustments as they stay booked and busy! The team who helped me with my appointment for the lowering links were fantastic as well. 10/10 experience!

This place is a complete JOKE. I bought a Suzuki M109 Boulevard from GP Sports and dealt with Russell, the so-called “salesman.” They didn’t even have the bike in stock, so I had to wait a week. Fine. But that was just the beginning of the nightmare. When I finally got the bike, Russell told me plain and simple: “Bring it back at 600 miles for the first service, it’ll be around $300.” Guess what? When I showed up for that first service, Andy in service quoted me $577. Almost DOUBLE. When I mentioned what Russell had told me, Andy basically shrugged and told me to go talk to Russell. And here’s where it gets disgusting — instead of owning up to it, Russell flat-out denied ever saying that and accused ME of lying. Yes, the guy literally called me a liar after I trusted him enough to buy a motorcycle. Then, to make it worse, the manager came out and backed him up, saying he’s “known Russell for 27 years and he wouldn’t lie.” Basically calling me a liar too, right to my face. Absolutely unprofessional, arrogant, and insulting. Let me be clear: Russell lied, denied his own words, and the manager treated me like garbage. From the very first conversation with Russell until the day I went back for service, it was disappointment after disappointment. He even mentioned before I bought the bike that some customers had gearbox issues, then later denied ever saying it. More lies. This dealership does not care about honesty, customers, or doing the right thing. They’ll take your money, lie to your face, and then gaslight you when you call them out. DO NOT trust these people, and DO NOT give them your business. Russell is a liar, and the manager is no better. If you value respect and honesty, stay as far away from GP Sports as possible.
