Kevin rules !!! We had so much fun, we had never used electric bikes before and they were such a blast! We did the full loop and brought our bikes to Haight & Ashbury and went shopping! We had the best day ever. Thanks, Kevin!

Kevin was awesome! Great activity for my friend who was visiting out of town. My dog enjoyed it too 🤭We went right after Labor Day and the park wasn’t busy

We rented 2 e-bikes today. After 45 mins they started running out of battery. Came back to let them know , the (half cast men) “manager” said that we would need to pay extra $35 each to swap battery… gave us attitude and ruined the whole experience. KEVIN that works behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly!! KEVIN SHOULD BE THE MANAGER and get rid of the “Miami type manager”!! Thank you Kevin for fixing our issue.

Kevin was great. He helped us pick the right bike and showed us how to use it correctly. He supplied safety helmets and was very attentive and caring. We had a wonderful time riding the bikes in the park and will do it again when we are in the area.

Renting from Parkwide Electric Bikes was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The booking process was seamless, the bikes were in excellent condition, and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident before setting out. The electric assist made riding effortless, even up hills, and allowed us to see so much more without feeling exhausted. The bikes were smooth, well-maintained, and easy to operate. We were given clear instructions, safety tips, and even some great recommendations for scenic routes, which made our ride even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the level of customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. They clearly take pride in both their bikes and their business. I highly recommend Parkwide rentals.
