LAST MILE SF

I've been to a few places before and no one has been able to put on the tire. I came here and the friends here put it on very quickly and delivered it to me. Thank you very much to them

I brought my Velotric Discover 1 e-bike to Last Mile SF & Marin for brake service after being referred by Bike Connection, and I’m glad I did. While other shops couldn’t fit me in or weren’t equipped to handle the repair, they took my bike in on a Wednesday and had it ready the very next day. Lexi followed up with a text to let me know it was ready for pickup, which I really appreciated—it kept the process smooth and straightforward. The cost was reasonable for new brake pads and labor, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. Great service all around—highly recommend for e-bike repairs.

Words cannot begin to describe my experience with Jason at Last Mile. I ordered a Super73 and the problem was that I could not get it in time for when i would be out of town. The crew did everything they could to make it happen. Jason especially got ahold of the shippers and helped me solve everything I was dealing with when it comes to logistics and dealing with the transport company, which are notoriously difficult to deal with sometimes. We got this resolved in a matter of hours and averted a disaster when it comes to pickup or delivery. Cannot recommend them enough.

Wanted to leave positive feedback for Robin. Super knowledgeable and equally helpful. If needing work done on a board, don’t think you can go wrong checking out this spot. Cheers!

Awesome shop! They are super helpful and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. I went on a fun test run and was sold, I love my new GTX. Thanks! Will be back again someday to upgrade parts on the board.

Wonderful store and service. My son has wanted an e-bike for awhile. It was important for us to buy it locally. Jake helped us out and was great with showing us all the options and differences. It was also great to know they can service the bike as needed in the shop. Thank you, Jake! You have made my boy and our family very happy.

Doesn't actually open at 11. Its 11:15 should update that. Other than that, they were super helpful and helped me find where to get what I needed

These guys are great. I brought my son's bike in when he was having issues with the battery. They quickly helped us with what we needed. The bike was done within a day after receiving the parts. I would highly recommend working with these guys. Very friendly, great customer service.
