I brought my e-bike into RAH for a new brake installation and a rear tire flat fix. I don’t have a way to transport my e-bike without riding it, and since it had a flat that was not an option. Wayne with the shop came to my house to pick it up! What service! They were able to replace my stock brakes with new working brakes and maintained all the electrical functions. Top notch service from this shop!

With relatives visiting this area for the first time, we rented four e-bikes to show them some sites. Redding Adventure Hub had the best deal for a half-day rental, which also included the helmets. They were very close to the River Trail, so we could just hop right onto it. We explored the Sundial Bridge, Turtle Bay, and most of the River Trail. Then we used mainly Redding bike trails to show them our downtown area and had some lunch, before returning the bikes. They really had a great time!

We could not have asked for a better experience! From drilling down into the details of our gravel bike rental to route selection the folks at the 'Hub' could not have done a better job. Matteo quickly assessed our riding abilities and adjusted a guided tour on the fly... well done and thanks for your patience. Everyone at the shop provided excellent guidance for our post riding Redding adventures.... chow recommendations were on point and the hikes were awesome! We will be back!

Staff was great and welcomed us by rolling out the carpet, literally! The bikes were so much fun, the sights were outstanding and once I figured out how to use the gears - it was perfect! Thank you for the adventure, even though my son now wants an electric bike for Christmas 😂

Really awesome spot. Fun selection of bikes and really awesome people. Matteo won't let you buy a bike you don't love, and the staff are fun and helpful. Great place if you want to shop from humans.

We rented bikes and the young lady that helped us was knowledgeable about the bikes, adjusted the seats, looked at a map with us and helped us plan a route, and even gave us food suggestions for afterwards! Highly recommend!
