David installed a Bruno outside chair lift on our Subaru 10 months ago and we have been really pleased with the ease we now have to transport my husband's electric wheelchair. The instructions on using the lift were thorough and David responded quickly to our recent request for an adjustment. Great product, great service, great company!

We have an older building and wanted to make our second floor wheelchair accessible. As a commercial space we need to follow ADA code and meet building/fire codes, which can get very complicated. After consulting with several other companies and contractors who told us they could not help us, David met with us and actually came up with multiple potential practical solutions, including plans we could take to the city. He was the only one who came into our space for a consultation and actively problem solved. He clearly wants to improve accessibility for people and isn't just trying to sell you a product.

We've had a Rollin' Along stair lift in our home for more than 10 years, and I thoroughly recommend it. We live on the top floor of a 3-unit building, and the unit would be completely inaccessible without it. The lift was already installed when we bought the building in 2014, and I thought about removing it since my family didn't have any mobility issues. I'm so glad we didn't, however, since our aging parents need it when they visit. We literally couldn't host them in our apartment without this chair. The customer service from Rollin' Along has been excellent. We've had two issues with the chair -- one with a dead charger and one with dead batteries (after turning the chair off during a months-long renovation). David was a HUGE help in getting the chair back in working order, which is a relief, since, as I said above, it's essential for family visits Highly recommend!
