I stopped by this Target location today to get my wife her Hibiscus Tea. I found parking easily in the big plaza this store is located in. This store has about six self checkout and also the regular cashier station as well. The produce area is very organized and clean. The staff are friendly here and will answer any questions you have.

Best target in the area. Staff is super nice and helpful. This is one of the largest and most organized target ive been too. Much better than the westlake village and newbury park one.

This store insists on scanning ID to make purchases; alcohol and OTC medications. Tried to purchase cough syrup, and they wanted to scan my ID, but couldn’t tell me why they needed it. They say it’s for age check, but that doesn’t require a scan. No other store does this, and they have no reason why they need to make a scan of my ID. Went to CVS and purchased the same cough syrup without showing any ID. Get your act together, Target. You’re not my mom!

I went to target in moorpark The store is really clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful but on August 16 I went shopping and I had to use the restroom and I saw this monstrosity I can't blame target because they can't babysit people in the bathroom and they actually do a good job at cleaning the bathroom I blame this on the disgusting customer that did this how do you get it on the seat and floor all you have to do is sit and let it rip

I placed ann order for pickup, most stores it’s completed in two hours. This store had an item I needed, so I placed an order for pickup. 3 hours later it wasn’t ready. I got to the store and talked to Regina in customer service. She told me they have to go six hours to get it, and that I had to pick the order myself if I wanted it, and didn’t even check the status. So I go and pick the order myself and check out, but I cannot cancel the order in the app or on the website, and so I go back to customer service and explain the whole situation to Ryan, who is quite dismissive and will not make eye contact, takes my phone from me and repeatedly encounters the same issue, and tells me to just leave and it’ll get cancelled in 3 days, and smirks that if he can he’ll try to cancel it once it’s picked. When I ask how do I know that’s going to happen and I won’t be double charged, he smirks again and says I won’t forget. Regina leaves for the evening without even offering to help. By the time I get to my car after all of this, the orders is ready, yet I still cannot cancel it. This whole ordeal took over an hour. On a side note, there was visibly moldy cheese in the deli case. Will not be shopping at the Moorpark store again.

Love me some Target. I was shopping during Holiday season, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Staff was really trying to keep things moving, and we'll done.
