Calvin Craddock is fantastic. He was punctual, professional and quick to do my son’s wheelchair repairs. He’s knowledgeable in all areas of my son’s chair, which was a major bonus. A huge thank you to him!

Calvin is a man that takes pride in his work. He always does an exquisite job. Very professional hard-working very polite kind-hearted. I've known Calvin since my son was 2 years old and now my son is 16 and he's special needs and wheelchair bound and I really appreciate Calvin's work timeliness and his professionalism, national seat and mobility has a good employee on their hands and he deserves every promotion he gets I give you a thousand stars.

My sons footplate broke last week on his stroller and was frantic that it wouldn’t get fixed for awhile. As I followed up this week about it they were able send a technician Calvin out to my house early this morning. Not only was he able to fix my sons footplate he was also able to fix his brake system. Which had not been working properly for months, as I am still waiting for the parts to come in Calvin saved the day!! He was efficient, on time, and extremely accommodating. Thank you Calvin and NSM for quickly resolving this issue.

I filed a repair request for my daughter's wheelchair back at the end of March. I would call and check in and be told everything was great and the part was on the way and all went through with insurance. I was told this for nearly a month only to find out they had the wrong contact information for her doctor and had never gotten insurance approval like they said they had. That then took 2 weeks to resolve because they couldn't get the right fax. Then they told me yet again the part was on the way. It then arrived and no one called to schedule it and the only reason I found out was because I was checking in and I was told the text information being sent isn't even correct and it is indeed in. To get the actual repair done though, requires me to drive 2 hrs to them for the part to be replaced because they have no one available to go out for a really long time. So tomorrow I drive 2 hrs one way to replace a seat release cable that should have been repaired some time ago. On one hand I'm relieved we even have an appointment as they seem to really hard to get (it was a mess getting a repair done 2 years ago as well). But this was chaotic with lots of misinformation and calls going un-returned.

What a great experience! He was able to fix all my wheelchair problems and he also explained clearly the pros and cons of different equipment that I was requesting. He did an excellent job on repairing my wheelchair Thank you 😊 🙏 very much

My name is Luis Estrada. Over the years my experience with National Seating Mobility has been the best! The process getting my electric wheelchair, shower chair, hoyer lift, etc has been always easy. All of your collaborators are understanding, reliable, respectfull and very kind. Also, I want to highlight the exceptional work and help that Rusty has provided for me and my family over the years. He is not only a very understanding, knowledgeble, but he is super creative, and have a great sense of humor. Thanks Rusty for always go beyond my expectations! I’ve brought an older model tilite a couple of time to Calvin in Martinez Ca NSM. He gives honest feed back on condition and when repairs are needed, and their urgency. Always super friendly and convenient service. Thanks so much Calvin!!

Buffy was my incredible Tech. I received updates regularly through texts. My new mobility chair is phenomenal and the only place I want to sit now. I'd recommend Buffy and her team any day.
