I stopped in with an issue on my helmet and was blown away by the level of service. Instead of trying to sell me a new helmet, she found the tools and spent nearly an hour fixing the visor on my bell helmet. Both women were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about motorcycles and riders. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and genuine care the way this store does. Absolutely a incredible experience. I walked in with almost zero knowledge about motorcycle tires and helmets. The staff was incredibly accommodating and took the time to explain every detail. Will definitely be back for gear.

Listen to reason. When you need a part, or a tire fixed. This is the place! The staff welcome you in and really make you know they want to help. You ride a Softail like me, or a Ducati, or moto cross, the staff at Cycle Gear got you. Here's the best part.. They are not out to gouge your pocket! They really do the very best to make it easy. You can test them like I did. Go to Harley shop and price a belt, or a tire change, then call Cycle Gear. That's the only number you are going to keep! Trust that! Cycle Gear Fairfield , or Pittsburg, or any other. I prefer Fairfield, but know this.. Cycle Gear is the only place worthy of my $$$. They are the Top Dog. Thank you Cycle Gear. I’ve had very mixed experiences here, depending upon who is working the counter. Some have been very friendly and helpful. Others have left me frustrated and concerned. For example, I have been in discussion with the staff about getting new tires mounted on my wheels. The decision to purchase the tires and mounting service was well discussed and encouraging. When I finally got my wheels dropped off, I left anxious that I’d ever see them again, or if they’d have the right rubber. The outcome is still tbd…

I recently moved to the area. I needed riding pants/jeans and the gentleman that help me was amazing! Forgive me, I dont recall his name. He was an older African American gentleman. Though familiar to Cycle Gears in other locations. It was a blessing for my first experience and encounter at the Cycle Gear in my new area to go awesome! Im looking forward to my next visit.
