Would highly recommend. Needed a rear tire on my bike before I left on a trip. They had one in stock and were able to get me in same day to replace it and the price was very reasonable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be bringing my bike back to this shop.

Absolutely hands down to the new owners you guys are on top of your shit and will or try to accommodate everyone who walks in the door or rings the phone exceptional customer service ,makes you feel that you and your loved one (your bike) are very important i left my bike there overnight which by the way I would never do midday lesson to every detail everything I had to say about her and it just made me feel comfortable I want to thank you Conway cycle shop for everything you've done you guys are just simply amazing !!!

Chuck runs a great shop. He found parts for me and charged a fair price. I had a great experience. Very talented mechanics and good people. Thank you friends. I am loving my bike.

This place will find anything possible to screw you over they don't believe in doing the rite thing and acuse you of lying just to get out of work they already said they would do steer clear. I have proof of everything Conway cycle has ever sent me including were they said that there was no lack of engine performance in this unit. As far as talking disrespectfully to a female employee that is false I had my wife call multiple times and the refused to talk to her and the one time they did talk to her she said they talked to her like she had no Intelligence at all. The only time I talked to the young lady at the front was trying to make sure what the bike was there for was being looked at if I needed further assistance I asked for someone else to speak with when I brought this unit in the second time I stated that the alternator head went out and I needed the rear breaks fixed not knowing that there were digging into it previously. I was sent a invoice for 100$ telling me the Alternator was out which I told the unit off. I did speak with the young lady at the counter about this not being rite since I knew this They then asked if they could charge me $100 To get to the rear brake system, which I know is complicated so I did approve this 3 days later I got a call to come get the machine. Please note I have been riding this bike since I got it back the reason I Originally went and got it Is because I had spent $1600 on the repair already and was not able to put anymore in at the time.

I have had my bikes and ATVs serviced at Conway Cycle for nearly 30 years. The new owner has done a fantastic job at revitalizing the shop and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I needed a rear wheel and a chain replacement, dropped my bike off and had it back quickly! Great service, good price and a quick turnaround!

This is by far the worst bike shop in arkansas. Timelines are never met. Chuck is no better then previous manager owner. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else.

I found the owner, the techs, and the customer service people to be of very high-quality, well informed, competent and honest. Completely satisfied with my experience at the shop if anybody knows me they know how much my bike means to me and I completely trust them with not only my bike, but I will be delivering my ATV to them very soon to be serviced as well.
