Went in to return earphones I bought for my fiancé. They denied my return stating policy is 14 days. I mentioned the associate who helped me said it was 30 days. The manager stated the system does not allow her to do anything. Not once did she mention what she COULD do for the inconvenience. No wonder Target business is down and hurting. I will not be shopping at Target any longer.

Horrible customer service. My daughter was trying to do a return, the girl demanded to know if I had the app I said no but I can pull my online account up and get the receipt for the return. The girl doing the return couldn't be bothered to wait the 2 seconds it took to pull up the account and receipt. She put the return to a gift card. HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT RECOMMEND THIA LOCATION!!!!!!!!! NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE BUT KEEP GIVING THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT!

Went to purchase a Switch game and price match with Walmart, which they state they do in their policy: "We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Target and then find the identical item for less at Target.com, Amazon, Walmart or with a Target Circle™ deal." They apparently have to price match from their corporate version of the Walmart app which isn't detailed anywhere in their policy and is in no way for Target to subvert and deny consumers what their policy states; this doesn't sound like "corporate Target version" of Walmart: "...then find the identical item for less at Target.com, Amazon, Walmart or with a Target Circle™ deal." From my walk from the Electronics department to the returns section, I was told higher ups said for the workers to deny my price match over radio, like they're in some kind of secret spy ring in a movie? Actually crazy, I wish I was creative enough to make this up! Not sure what happened? I guess Target would have to file for bankruptcy if they were an actual competitor with Walmart and lost $10, or honor their own policy on their website? Walmart has once again shown why they're on top by honoring their own policy and is quite happy with my $55 by the way. Walmart overlords have solidified my loyalty, will never shop at Target again.

I’ve been a loyal Target customer for decades—born in Minnesota, I even worked there once. As someone with severe arthritis, spinal degeneration, and chronic pain, Target’s order pickup service has been a lifeline for me. I’ve defended this company through public backlash and continued to shop because the service made my life easier and more manageable. Recently, I’ve noticed that fewer items are available for pickup at my Tucson store, which means I’m forced to walk the store despite serious mobility challenges. For someone like me—disabled but without formal support—this change is incredibly difficult and disappointing. I reached out to customer service for help, but I was passed around and eventually given the wrong number. I still believe Target can do better, and I hope you’ll consider the real impact these decisions have on people who depend on your services to live with dignity.

Great shopping! They have seasonal decor, my favorite shorts, my favorite protein powder and my favorite pre-workout. They also got cool toys, lots of good frozen food, and many yummy snacks! I definitely recommend target for variety and quality.

Least helpful target. Every other target tries to be at least helpful. Their customer service here sucks. Not sure why others can help with almost any questions I have when it comes to stock. Other targets go in the back and get the item for me when they see they have it in the back. This one will make you feel dumb for asking.

Came here to pick up contacts and decided to shop since it was quiet. I did a full loaded grocery shop only to come up and find that I would have to checkout/bag my entire cart myself. Someone apparently called out - but there were several employees standing around laughing and talking. I’m sorry but if I have to check myself out and bag a huge grocery load then I should be getting paid to do so. Or at the very least a discount. Self check outs should be for quick purchases NOT and entire cart full. This is bullshit and I will NEVER be coming back again. Target do better.
