Sunday, August 3, 2025: I went to Starbucks inside this Target and had the best experience. I ordered a delicious, Iced, Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte with 2% milk and Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam and purchased two bags of their coffee beans. I also love that they carry Starbucks signature roasts in Decaf beans when I'm running low on Decaf at home. I can't wait to try their 2025 Odyssey Blend which has Honeycomb and Orange notes. Thank you for the exceptional customer service today!

This store sucks, or maybe it is just how things are these days. Lots of employees walking around, NO ONE at the registers. The only way to check out is by the automatic on, reminds me of the last time I went to Micky Ds, they also did not want to talk to me, only wanted me to use a computer to place my order. I have not been back since, that was three years ago. Same here, I will not go back. Target carries one or two things I like, but I will not miss it for them not wanting to have a cashier at the register. I do most of my shopping on military installations, so I will get by. The one employee who was restocking shelves, purple hair, was nice, but it seems Target does not want to interact with its customers. Bye bye.

Horrible! If Target is going to strictly enforce a ten item limit in the self checkout section, open more than ONE real cashier! You force customers to wait in long lines behind people with bunches of items, instead of offering them a way to quickly checkout. The customer service associate in the self checkout section asked me “Are you checking out ALL that?” I had maybe 15 items, so at first I didn’t know she was talking to me, and I hadn’t yet noticed the “10 item limit in self checkout” sign. It was like she was yelling at me for buying too many items. She told me I needed to leave the self checkout, and go into the regular checkout. There was ONE other person in the self checkout, not a line of people waiting. When I left the self checkout section, I saw there was just one cashier open and that cashier was checking someone out who had an overflowing cart. I had to beg another associate to please help me and check me out. My takeaway from this location (and perhaps Target in general) is that they don’t mind inconveniencing their customers, and the more you purchase there, the harder the associates (under corporate’s direction) will make it for you to pay for it. It will be a long time before I shop at Target again.
