⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Screwie Lewie’s Motorsports! I recently purchased a Husqvarna FE450 from Screwie Lewie’s Motorsports and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out was their attention to detail and dedication throughout the entire buying process—they kept me informed every step of the way and ensured everything was handled smoothly, including the delivery, which was fast and hassle-free. The price was more than reasonable for the quality and service I received. Most importantly, I felt taken care of the entire time. If you’re in the market for a bike or gear, don’t hesitate to go with Screwie Lewie’s. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Went to the shop the other day to look at two bikes. Was helped by Wyatt who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Pulled all the bikes out and spoke with me for a long time. Female came out and was also very polite.This shop has been here forever, they must be doing something right because I remember coming to this dream factory when I was young. Thanks guys keep up the great work!!!

We were shopping for an Ultra Bee for our son and decided to check out Screwie Lewie's. We were so impressed! Wyatt greeted us and he spent the next 2 hours helping us purchase everything our son needed for his new bike. He guided us on all our purchases and he even explained the differences between all of the brands. Everyone we encountered were top notch, friendly, and so efficient. I highly recommend Screwie Lewie's for all of your motorcycle needs! And our son LOVES his Surron!

Terrible experience called looking for parts and was shrugged off a few times by a lady in parts over the phone made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was really looking for parts to try, I knew they possibly wouldn’t work and she insisted they wouldn’t and made it impossible to even talk or explain. Went in store and unfortunately had her assist me in store as well, same story as over the phone and I left empty handed. I decided to just not return as she gave me two unpleasant experiences. Definitely need a better more educated E-bike shop in the valley. TONS of inventory but wouldn’t recommend

Got work done on my daughter bike. Great service, quick turnaround. I found it a bit pricey, but what is not expensive nowadays. I would recommend and will be coming back for more motorcycle needs.

I have had my 2 FE 350's serviced by Screwie Lewie's. They did a reasonable job on service but missed a few requested items like installing bib mousse tubes. Not the end of the world as I figured I could have them installed later. I decided to buy a new FE 350 W and called the other day. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. The gal finally picked up and said the person in sales was busy and call back. I called back a few hours later and again was put on hold. After 10 minutes the gal came back on the line and said the salesperson was busy and the owner would call me back. I gave her my number and said I was eager to buy the bike today or tomorrow. I never received a call back. I think many of the reviews are right. They seem aloof and disinterested in customer service. It's too bad because I am a customer that is not price sensitive, will buy tons of gear, parts and new bikes for me and my 2 sons on a very regular basis. I like the idea of buying from smaller type of shops and supporting local businesses. But whoever sets the culture at this business seems to create an atmosphere of disinterest and lack of caring. I don't like feeling bad spending my money and that's how you feel with this shop.

Awesome shop and store! These guys are always busy but kind of hard to find. Guys, you really need to work on signage. Lol, I was told I'd drive by it before I found it, and that was correct. Drove by once, then pulled in, and it looked closed. It wasn't! I've been there a few times now and can tell you they are there to help! Always have the answers to my questions and see to have a great stock of parts on hand. They do a great job! Highly recommended!"

I took my bike In to have them fix my brakes. They called me up saying my brakes were done so I drove 45 minutes to pick my bike up I pulled the brake and the second I did the brake broke in front of me. This happened 2 more times after the first time charging me for new parts every time. They said we just need one more part. That one part went up to two parts. Over all they charged me close to $1,000 for brakes that cost $400 I went to pick my bike up for the last time. I test rode it and the same thing happened. I told them to order the matching pair of lever to caliper but they didn’t so now I have two silver levers and two rose gold calipers. In the end the mechanic had to use his personal repair kit just to get me out of thier hair. After almost 2 months and $1,000 later I’m out of there, but still I am scared to go to fast because I think my brakes will fail mid ride. Over all don’t go to Screwie Louies because they waste you money and riding time.
