One Stop Mobility

My corporation recently hosted an event at a resort in Scottsdale, AZ and one of our attendees needed an electric scooter for use during the event. One Stop was so easy to work with, especially Sophia who we worked with. She was quick to answer any questions we had and was polite, kind and professional to speak with. She made sure the scooter was delivered on time and picked up promptly after our event ended. If we host an event in Scottsdale and are in need of these services again, I will definitely use One Stop again and highly recommend them!

The customer service agent was very helpful and answered all my questions. The service was prompt and my 84 year old dad really enjoyed his visit because he didn't have to try to walk everywhere. The scooter that came apart into pieces so we could transport it was perfect and easy to assemble and take apart. I asked for it to be delivered to our motel the night before our outings so we wouldn't have to wait to start our day. They had no problem doing that for us and it was waiting for us when we checked in. The battery lasted all day when we went to the aquarium. After charging it that night we went to the Diamondbacks ballgame the next day and it was just what my dad needed. Thank you One Stop for helping to make my dad's visit so enjoyable.

We went in on a Friday afternoon and rented a scooter and got everything squared away. They helped us load up the scooter and we went on our way. On Saturday, we receive a phone call asking what time you’ll be dropping off the scooter since they are closed on Sundays. We advised them that the person we spoke to Friday let us know that we would drop off the scooter on Monday morning, with no charge for Sunday since they are closed on that day. The person on the phone advised us that that was incorrect information and if we didn’t drop off the scooter by Saturday before closing, we would be charged a whole extra day for Sunday. So we load up the scooter, pack up, and head over to the shop a few hours before closing. When we arrive, there’s nobody inside the store and the doors are locked. We call the phone number and it connects us to a California office. She advises us that she is unable to reach the person at the desk here in Phoenix, but they “should be there soon”. We tell the woman on the phone that we are unable to wait for the person to show up (this is all during their posted business hours) So she apologizes and advise that we can go ahead and return the scooter on Monday morning with no charge. I finally go there this morning to drop off the scooter, and the lady at the front insists she’s unable to help me unload the heavy scooter out of my car because it’s a “liability”. When I told her they were able to help me load it into my car Friday and it was not an issue, she dismissed what I said and repeated “I cannot help you it’s a liability” How are these people in the business of helping disabled people with mobility scooters but then they are unable to help you unload them out of the car? The whole experience left a sour taste in our mouth’s, especially for my in-laws that were visiting Arizona this weekend. Extremely rude and unprofessional people.

One Stop Mobility is an excellent company! While traveling to Arizona, I injured my knee and was unable to walk. I found the company by a Google search and didn’t know what to expect. To my amazement, even though they were closed, Ryan came to my rescue. He asked many questions to choose the right wheelchair and then delivered it to my hotel. He helped to make sure I knew how to use the features properly. The wheelchair itself was excellent because I found it easy to maneuver and even though it was light, it was very sturdy. He chose the best model to fit my needs and the price was perfect to fit my budget. Thank you, Ryan, for coming to my rescue. Without your help, I wouldn’t have been mobile and risked further injury! I highly recommend One Stop Mobility! They do everything right!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of placing One Stop on my website to assist my patients with easy access to a zero gravity chair for recovery but I have now removed them as they were not professional and my patient had a male tech that argued with her about why it wasn't working while making sure she knew by no uncertain terms that she would NOT be getting a refund, which she didn't even ask for. She used the chair for 4 hours and it broke so I had to assist her to crawl out of it after she had a major abdominal surgery. Not to mention after they showed up a day late for delivery (this employee was at least kind) and then a day late again for pickup and they never even called to let us know both times! Requested a phone call from the manager twice, but never received a call. Just bad business.

We had a great experience renting a scooter for my husband from this business. They were very friendly and helpful and best of all the rental price was great. We definitely will rent from them in the future and possibly purchase a new scooter from them in the near future. Kudos to them for being so efficient, personable and easy. We would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a scooter !!!

I needed a knee scooter for planned surgery, with the crazy Covid my surgery was rescheduled twice and planning was hectic. One Stop emailed the contract and I was able to get everything signed electronically and arranged in time with no problems. The scooter is great, easy to use and very comfortable. Thanks One Stop!
