Mobility Central

I have a Medline Guardian K3 wheelchair which was delivered to me and paid for by Social Security. I have a question about the wheelchair. I have contacted Mobile Central about my question twice. They say that someone will call me, but no one has returned my call. One person that I talked to ask me if I could bring the wheelchair to them. What a question to ask a person who is disabled!!

I had a fantastic experience at Mobility Central. I purchased a Revo 2.0 four wheeled scooter and a lift. The employees were so kind, friendly and more importantly, approachable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! They installed my new lift and took phone calls when I had questions. The technicians were equally as accommodating as the people in the show room. I highly recommend Mobility Central to anyone who has mobility issues.

We bought a Pride Mobility scooter from Mobility Central. EVERYONE was so helpful, kind, took plenty of time to explain all the differences. It was a very pleasant experience. They sell everything to make life easier at home! Better quality than Amazon! Transfer benches for bath, grip bars for showers, Graspers, positioning wedges Even compression socks! I wish I had known about Mobility Central when I was Initially injured! Life would have been SO MUCH EASIER on me & my family! We were helped by Laurie & Ben. They explained all the scooter types, & helped me find the one suited best for my needs. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

I gave this company 4 out of 5 stars because of scheduling issues.Once the tech finally got here all went great. It did take 5 days of promising to show up and no call no show for 2 of those days. They are very short staffed and over booked. By the way, They are hiring now. Other wise everything was great. The service tech that they have now (Ralph) is a great guy.. He does have to call the quantum 4 front service for diagnostic services quite often, but he is 1,000,000 times better than the previous service tech.

Poor service. Had to call and email multiple times for updates on my child's wheelchair parts. After waiting three months, somehow when I called the had the item in one week? They delivered his wheelchair lapbelt to replace one that started losing stitches within the first month. They took the replacement to the school. My child came home on the bus with a lapbelt that had a label stating " not approved for transport". Clearly they just grabbed something lying around at the office and put it on his chair. This was the last incident of multiple service issues. I don't have medicaid. I pay everything for my son. Several years ago they had the best service. Now it's just terrible communication and poor quality service.

My dad's lift recliner broke a few weeks ago. It's under warranty but there's no rush to repair or replace it. Mobility Central rents similar chairs & delivers them. I called yesterday & they delivered it the same day! Terry was awesome bringing it in & setting it up. Much better than 7-10 weeks waiting on manufacturer warranty. If you are in the market to purchase a lift recliner, I recommend mobility central over Ashley Furniture.

Mobility Central staff were extremely helpful in selecting equipment, explaining some nuances of Medicare insurance coverage, and equipment setup and use. They were willing to deliver the equipment the next evening, however we deferred because it would have been past our family member's bedtime, and they delivered on a Saturday.

On June 23 I picked up my husband wheel chair. They tried to fix it but we knew it couldn't be fixed. We were told if it didn't hold up they would let the insurance company know so he could get a new one. It broke with him in the chair when we called back no one would help. We asked for the manager the guy said he didn't know how to get in touch with them he didn't have a number.we had to go and buy a wheel chair what's the purpose of insurance and we had to pay for the wheels on the chair that they couldn't fix.I also have proof where the lady signed and made copies.Its August now and we still haven't heard from anybody.
