Target

For the most part I have a decent experience as both a customer and Shipt shopper.. but while completing an order today, I noticed that an item I needed, people were stealing a part of the product.. I kindly let an associate know, and she scoffed at me and, said "there's nothing I do about that". Instead of being smart, she could and should have informed management, being that people aren't going to get all of what they paid for.

Nice and clean store. Was not crowded. Has a Starbucks and they did a great job with our orders and were friendly and helpful. The staff in the checkout line was friendly and helpful as well. Clean bathroom. Well stocked. Lots of great shopping options in every category throughout this Target store.

Raining on and off today and I have a grocery pick up. arrived at the store today sat out there for 20 minutes. No one answered the 3 times that I tried to call inside. Me and two customers drove off. If you do not do curbside in the rain, please let that be known before U.S. customers drive up there and find out by no one bringing the groceries out.

It’s a good target. They have the things I need at decent prices. They also carry a good amount of GF items.

If I could give a zero, I would. I purchased a gift card with Target last month, but the person I gave the card to went to use the card and open the card. Little did we know someone had scratch the card number, barcode and security code. I took the card back to customer service and my first encounter was with Riley. Riley asked Angelica for assistant. Angelica had such a terrible attitude when Riley told her about the issue with the card. She told us we need to contact visa and they will refund us. The problem is there isn’t a card number to notify them of the problem. The person I was with asked for the manager and Angelica told us,”he is going to tell you the exact thing”. I couldn’t remember the manager name but he was not as helpful and stated this is the first time he saw this. It kept saying we need to call the card service and when we asked if there was anyway we could avoid this situation and responded with I don’t know. This is unacceptable especially when people are spending money. I don’t hear often, but it will definitely be my last time Then after we walked away they started laughing. I don’t think a person getting scammed is a funny matter. Do better Target!!!

I use target pickup frequently. Each time I order groceries specifically, there is generally a quality issue. This time, spoiled strawberries and also an egg missing from egg carton. The quality of groceries selected is poor.

No self checkouts open! Only 2 regular registers open on a weekend, and they closed one of the 2 as 8 people were lined up in the one line. Do better target!!
