Scooter's Coffee

First time there today, my coffee was good. When I tried to get my free medium drink for being a first timer it wouldn't let me even though I spend over $20. Got to the window and scan my app, still got charged for all 3 drinks. Then I didn't get my smilies. 😥😥 Don't know if we will be back. Also, I saw no walk up window like it says in the website. 10-28-25 Okay I'm doing a different review since they opened, since the lady at the scooters on Madison boulevard asked me to do a review because corporate wanted to know how they were doing, I got the app fixed I've tried several different drinks and some food the cinnamon rolls are the bomb! Sparkling sodas not so much, the lemonade didn't taste like they had any flavor in them, however the coffee that I always get is really good, my onlysuggestion is I would like to see more food that has sausage in it and not bacon I'm not a bacon person I prefer sausage that's my only wish everything else is pretty good my son loves the Oreo blender.

Went for grand opening. Ordered two large drinks and asked for a t-shirt & was told that they did not have them at that location. Even though there grand opening advertising said they would. Was quick and easy to place my order and get through the drive through fast. Coffee tasted delicious and customer service was amazing.

First time at Scooters..I asked gentleman how much caffeine was in a medium cold brew, he replied I don’t know. Most places know how caffeine goes into their drinks or have a nutrition facts or least would say download our app and it will tell you. But I understand maybe he’s new. Received the drink ratio of foam to cold brew was way off. Probably won’t return. Later foodies

Over the speaker, I asked to pay for my order and the car behind me, which was my wife, and they said okay. Then, when I got to the window, I said the same to the cashier. She handed me my drink and then asked if I wanted the second, and I said no, my wife will get that one. However, when I pulled off they charged her too. I pulled back in and they acted like it was my fault, never apologizing. I had to get them to refund her, and she should have never been charged. Poorly trained staff here. Hopefully it will get better. I have never had a problem at the other locations.

Easy in-and-out right off Madison Blvd (next to the new ALDI) with plenty of parking and a super accessible drive-thru. The team here was fast, friendly, and on point with recommendations. I tried the Peanut Butter Crunch Blender—a rich, nutty blend with peanut butter and toffee-like notes that hits that coffee-meets-dessert sweet spot—and it was fantastic. The Strawberry Smoothie tasted like real fruit and was perfectly creamy and refreshing. I ordered an iced caramelicious with oat milk and it was awful. The ice was melted when they handed it to me out the window and there was absolutely no caramel flavor or sweetness at all. I will not be returning considering the drink was $7 and undrinkable.

Everyone’s super nice and the drinks are great! I loved the peach wave redbull infusion and today I got the turtle blender… I swear someone put crack in it because I’ve been wired all day… even put in an extra hour at work!! 😂

The coffee is always good, and the baristas are always nice. They have fast service, and a great menu with sugar free options
