I just wanted to leave a heartfelt five-star review for the incredible woman who helped me at Target today. It had already been a day—the day before school starts, and of course, I was scrambling last-minute to find the right booster seat for my daughter. I had already driven across town to another store that claimed it had the seat in stock, only to get there and find nothing. I decided to try the Target on Cecil Ashburn. The app said they had the seat, but when I checked at the customer service desk, the associate told me it showed two in stock—but neither could be located. Still, I went back to the car seat section to check for myself, and that’s when another woman noticed me and asked if I needed help. I explained the situation, fully expecting another dead end. But instead, she personally went to the back to look—and came back five minutes later, with both of the car seat options I had been searching all morning for. I started crying—partly out of relief, partly out of gratitude, and partly because, well… it had just been a long, overwhelming day. As a mom, it’s rarely just one thing that gets to us—it’s a thousand little things that build up. And this woman, just doing her job, had no idea how much her kindness meant to me in that moment. My daughter had been up since 4:30 AM, wild and full speed ahead, and I was running on fumes. This associate not only took the time to help but saw me—really saw that I needed a win today—and gave me one. She even offered me a hug before I left. I cried again. I wish I had caught her name, but if Target leadership sees this: please know you’ve got a true gem on your team. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for turning my day around.

Made an online purchase using my Target app. After two hours got a message, my purchase is ready for pick up. Love the ease of doing business with Target. I look forward to my Target runs. Like the store very much. Love the selections and for the most part ; they do have competitive prices. Just love the ambience. Thank you Target! Keep it up!

Shopping trip to Target on Carl T. Jones got interrupted by a severe weather warning. The employees at this location handled the situation perfectly. They were very calm, organized, friendly & worked together as a team to make sure everyone in the store was in a safe place. Stevie & Ashlee were beyond helpful. Thank you so much!!

I was hanging out with my good buddies when we were unrightfully oppressed by Target employees and security. They accused us of making unethical threats towards their employees, which NEVER happened. They repeatedly told us they had our "threats" on video feed when this is impossible due to this incident NEVER happening. When we told them the real story, one of which they twisted, they got pressured and kicked us out. This is unacceptable.

I recently visited the Target at 2750 Carl T Jones Dr SE in Huntsville, Alabama, and I have to say, it was one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've had. When a store this large is open for business, you would expect more than one checkout line to be open, but there was only one solitary lane available. To make matters worse, all the self-checkout lines were closed! While waiting in line for quite some time, looking around I could see multiple employees meandering about, two employees saunter by the incredibly long line of customers—20 people deep—they didn’t even bother to acknowledge the extremely long line. After a few moments of aimless wandering, they simply walked off. I can’t believe how poorly managed this store was on this day. I asked the cashier for the manager and she said “I don’t think he’s here yet.” Not only is the lack of staffing infuriating, but it also reflects a complete disregard for customer service.
