Thanks to Wesley Thomas, who created an awesome sales and buying experience, and is very welcoming on multiple occasions I talked to him, he was a big factor in my buying the bike I did. It was always a very friendly and great experience to deal with Wes, even though I didn’t by a bike a few times I visited and just had questions, he took all the time to answer my questions and this last time I bought a bike from him. Also thanks to Sarah Robertson their sales manager for going above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. Louis Yarborough made the closing as fair and seamless as possible with me on my trade. The whole process was very smooth and seamless. They worked with me and most importantly listened to me. Wes was great to work with, I was between a few models they had in the showroom and he helped with questions I had on both. Eventually I settled on an S1000XR and the team at ridenow was very easy to work with, picking up the bike and all paperwork went quickly and I was on my way! Even when I had an issue with software later on they were able to quickly take care of it at no cost, I was impressed that they were committed to post sale support even on a used machine

If you are looking for help while you are on a trip don’t bother calling here. I was on a 3,000 mile trip when I got a flat outside of Huntsville. I called up this dealership letting them know I had a flat and I was traveling on my BMW k1600. I was able to patch it to get it there. They said they didn’t have any appointments for me to put a new tire on to get me back on the road. This was a Saturday afternoon and we all know dealership don’t reopen until Tuesday. I had to be back to work Monday. This is not the type of experience I expect from a BMW dealer. I was even planning on buying a new GS since I was there. I have never had this issue with any other brands I own. I carried myself to cycle gear who did an excellent job getting me back on the road.
