Terrible service experience at the customer service counter I recently received an official email from Walmart notifying me that an item I purchased was being recalled. The email (attached in photo) clearly instructed me to discard the product and visit any Walmart store for a refund. Following those directions, I retrieved the items from my freezer, disposed of them, and went to my local store for the refund. When I arrived at the customer service desk, the representative was immediately dismissive and unprofessional. Despite showing her the recall email from Walmart itself, she insisted I needed to bring the product in—directly contradicting the instructions I was given. She then made an insulting, unnecessary remark: “Oh didn’t you eat those already? My kids eat those like every day”—delivered with a smirk. I explained, again, that I had discarded the product per Walmart’s instructions. Instead of resolving the issue, she reluctantly called a supervisor, who was just as rude and dismissive. The supervisor treated me as though I was the problem for simply following the company’s own recall process. This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. Walmart should train its customer service staff to handle recall situations respectfully and according to the company’s own policies. No customer should be mocked or made to feel like a burden for responsibly following safety instructions issued by Walmart itself.

I went and bought groceries at my local Walmart in Arab Alabama. Got all my groceries checked out only to realize I had left my billfold at home. I asked the employee if I could run home for it. 20 minutes from store. She said sure and she set the machine to save my ticket. 20 minutes later I returned . This time another employee said she didn't know where my things were. And I would have to shop again. I asked for a manager. She would not call for help. I went to the customer help desk they had my groceries. l but the girl did not know how to help me get the ticket out of the computer.. thank goodness the original girl came back to work and she helped me
